AIRSCAPE used advanced drone technology and a skilled three-person crew to clean the exterior windows of the historic Atterbury Hotel in downtown Pittsburgh. The project combined drone-powered cleaning for hard-to-reach glass with waterfed pole techniques for lower elevations, delivering a controlled and efficient cleaning process while minimizing disruption to hotel guests, pedestrians, and surrounding businesses.

Through careful site surveys, FAA airspace reviews, sidewalk coordination, and flight planning, the team prioritized safety and precision at every stage. Pure deionized water technology helped achieve a clean, streak-free finish, while continuous quality control, final inspections, and spot corrections ensured consistent results. By completing the work without swing stages, scaffolding, or boom lifts, AIRSCAPE demonstrated how modern drone-powered cleaning can provide an effective alternative to traditional exterior access methods while respecting the character of historic architecture.
